Ikan tenggiri tumis berkicap.
After frying the fish with turmeric and salt, punch small onion, garlic, black pepper & nuts (buah keras). Then saute all those ingredients and put in red onion, anise, cardamom and cinnamon. Add in a lil bit of water, tamarind and ketchup. After boiling, add in red chili and green chili. Finally, put in the fish and it's ready to be served! :)
