Pumpkin


Got this pumpkin from my niece in Bentung. The inner color of the pumpkin was really fresh. Thus I decided to make lepat. My princess said it was delicious and superb. And I'm gonna share my own recipe here! :)

Labu dikukus, kemudian dilenyek. Masukkan tepung gandum, 1 sudu tepung beras, santan pekat, gula dan garam. Ketika membungkus, masukkan kelapa yang telah digaramkan di tengahnya sebagai inti. Kemudian dikukus! :)
